Improve controles setup. Keyboard is added. Watch the main page for keymap.
KEYMAP :

| ACCELERATION | Right Trigger | P |

| REAR GEAR | Joy button 3/X | comma* |
| HEAD LIGHTS | Joy button 4/Y | L |
| PAUSE | Joy button 7/Select | Backspace |
| ESCAPE MENU | Joy button 8/Start | Escape |
*ZQSD on AZERTY keyboards (comma = M)
